Our reach across Deep East Texas and access to infectious disease experts allows us to stay on top of the ever-changing incidence of infectious disease in the area and latest recommendations regarding COVID-19. We are committed to providing a clean, safe environment in our clinics and therefore, using CDC guidance and best practices, have the following policies:

• Patients are triaged for COVID-19 infection or direct contact during the scheduling process and high-risk patients are seen using a special COVID protocol in order to minimize exposure to staff and others.
• Patients age 2 and up and family who are COVID-positive or direct contacts are required to wear masks.
• All patients have the option to wait in their car until their room is ready. This can be arranged upon scheduling your appointment or at check-in. We also have a back waiting room for isolation.
• Telemedicine appointments are available upon request.
• Our staff work diligently to ensure that all surfaces and seating areas are cleaned throughout the day.
