ABOUT US

In December of 2017 the Children’s Clinic of Rusk opened its newly built 2,500 square foot, state-of-the-art pediatric clinic. Conveniently located on Highway 69, the clinic is staffed by Jami Hicks, pediatric nurse practitioner and a Rusk native who practices under the supervision of co-owners, Dr. George Fidone and Dr. Jeff Glass, pediatricians at the Children’s Clinic of Lufkin. Joining our Pediatric Nurse Practitioner is a registered nurse, nursing assistants, and a receptionist. The clinic has six exam rooms, a fully equipped diagnostic lab, and telemedicine capability. Jami and her team provide timely and compassionate care and have quickly become a much-loved asset to their community. They offer same day well and sick appointments, perform Texas Health Steps exams and sports physicals, and are fully stocked with vaccines for all ages.
