The Children’s Clinic of Jasper held a drawing for Nike backpacks and Crayola Building Blocks to kick off the new 2017-18 school year.
“We had an overwhelming response from our patients who signed up to be a part of the drawing,” said pediatric nurse practitioner, Kari Hunt.
The clinic sponsored the drawing in an effort to get kids excited and motivated about starting the school year off right.
“Education is important to the overall wellbeing of a child so as medical providers, we want to encourage our patients to do well in school and to value the opportunity to learn,” concluded Kari Hunt.
This year’s winners included Evan Causey,(4918) De’Aysia Sells,(0096) Derrin Pullen,(0097) Riley Barthol (0098), and Kamryn Wright.(0101)
