Dr. Lauren Skelton Ford completed medical school and a pediatrics residency training program at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Lubbock in 2024. Notably, she was honored with the title of Pediatric Resident of the Year. Prior to her medical training, Dr. Ford earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Abilene Christina University, Abilene. She holds memberships in professional organizations such as the American Academy of Pediatrics and Texas Pediatric Society. An alumna of the Lufkin Independent School District, Dr. Ford commenced her tenure at The Children’s Clinic in 2024. She is married and the proud parent of her son.
